Folder Customizer is a new Cydia tweak that allows you to change the color of your folder icons, folders and the label text of your folders. Once installed, Folder Customizer will allow you to adjust the background color and opacity of the folder icon, and the label below the folder icon. Additionally you can adjust the color and opacity of the background behind the label. When changing the color of a folder that color will show on your Home Screen as well as when you open up the folder ( see screenshots above ).

Folder Customizer comes with its own preference pane in the Settings.app where you enable/disable each of the customization options. You can choose the colors for each option using RGB sliders and there’s also an alpha slider to set opacity. When you’re happy with the colors/transparency level you will need to respring your device for the changes to take effect.

Unfortunately Folder Customizer does not support the iPhone 5s, iPad Air and iPad Mini with Retina Display but, everybody else can give this tweak a spin for free ( found in Cydia via BigBoss repo )
