Changes that are made in beta 4 :
- Phone app works now and the dial buttons are not missed up after memory goes down was a bug in beta 3 but its solved in beta 4
- Spotlight is now way faster are they making THUNDER spotbird function !!!
- iTunes 8.2 will have DVD and BLue-ray support !!! nice at last !!
- NOTES will not sync with iTunes 8.2 and iphone/ipod for that you need Mac OSX 10.5.7 ( so iam guessing tomorrow maybe we get OSX 10.5.7) !!
- Volume Control with bluetooth headset
- Now u can use tehering ( just connect iphone and use ) Settings >>> Network >>>> Internet tethering without modifying files or anything !!
- In Settings- Store- now you can use different acoounts to sign in and sign out !! like if u have mutliple apple accounts !!

I DO NOT use the beta OS 3.o on my iPhone. If you do not know what are you doing, i do not recommend you to try this. The final version will be released in June. So be patient
