If you wanted to update your phone but the price tag of the current flagship iPhone 6S and iPhone 6S Plus is a bit too high for you, Apple has just announced the iPhone SE – a 4-inch iPhone with the specs of an iPhone 6s.
iPhone SE features a 64-bit Apple A9 processor and an embedded M9 motion co-processor, just like the iPhone 6s. That means that the new iPhone SE comes with supports for the hands-free “Hey Siri” and you can play games just like on the iPhone 6s.
iPhone SE features the same 12MP iSIght camera with a dual-tone flash and the ability to shoot Live Photos and 4K video just like…. you guessed it…. the iPhone 6s.
The new iPhone also features faster Wi-Fi 802.11ac, faster LTE, better battery life, new microphones and Apple Pay support.
The iPhone SE starts at $399 for the 16GB of storage and it goes up to 64GB for $499. It will be available in gold, rose gold, silver and space grey and pre-orders begin on March 24th. The phone will be available on March 31st.
