In less than an hour Apple will begin its keynote at WWDC 2014 where its expected to unveil iOS 8, OS X 10.10, potential new hardware, a home automation platform. In the meantime let’s take a look at a new iOS 8 concept. This is really a full blown iOS 8 concept with the rumored healthbook.app and all the bells and whistles, but it introduces a new element: blocks. Basically the concept takes Android’s widgets and Windows Phone’s live tiles and combines them into a really nice pinch-to-zoom action. For example, what to peek at what’s the weather like without having to open the app? Just pinch-to-zoom on the icon to reveal the info.
