Safari Omnibar: Make Safari’s Address Bar Work Just Like Google Chrome’s Bar

This is just a quick post that will make your Safari browser experience faster and better. Safari Omnibar is a Safari SIMBL plugin aiming at mimicking the Chrome’s smart location bar which combines location and search.

Requirement:

• Safari 5.0 (Snow Leopard) or 5.1 (Lion)

HOW TO:

1. Download the installer and run it

2. Restart Safari

3. Enjoy

Uninstall it:

Remove /Library/Application Support/SIMBL/Plugins/SafariOmnibar.bundle.
