The Paparazzo Light is inspired by paparazzi pioneer Arthur Fellig (aka Weegee), and it promises to obliterate your usual grainy, washed out photos taken in low-light conditions on your iPhone.
Packing a professional lighting punch with a 300 Lumen LED, the Paparazzo Light supplies adjustable brightness using two CR 123 batteries. It will mount onto regular tripods and communicate with your iPhone via an easy app. Its projected retail price is $60 with a current scheduled shipping date is January 2013, if all goes well.
The Paparazzo Light for iPhone 5:
We are well aware that Apple will introduce a new version of the iPhone. Among the changes, there may be a new connector design. We intend to release a version of the Paparazzo that will take all these changes into account. Whether you plan to purchase the new version of the iPhone or continue to use the iPhone 4/4S, there will be a Paparazzo to fit your needs.
If the new version of the iPhone is announced before we go into production, we will modify the Paparazzo to accommodate both the iPhone 4/4S, and the new version.
For those interested, there’s a Kickstarter project currently going for the production The Paparazzo Light. Check it out here…
