- 4.7 GB or larger blank DVD and SuperDrive OR
- USB drive or SD card with at least 8 GB free
Download OS X Mountain Lion Installer for the Mac App Store and launch LionDiskMaker. It will locate the installer app, extract the disk image, and then make the boot disk. It’s about as simple as it gets.
