According to the Wall Street Journal, the next iPhone iteration will have a screen measuring 4 inches diagonally. That’s a half-inch increase from the screen of the 4S and all of the past versions of the phone, meaning the device will overall be slightly larger in size.
Other tidbits included in the Journal’s scoop: mass production on the new device starts next month and LG, Sharp, and Japan Display Inc. will all be Apple’s manufacturing partners specifically for the new screen.
