This is AnthonyKash from TheNovus.net and are we all ready for some upcoming GREAT news for our iPhones? Shit I know I am and have been waiting for this one for a really long time. Have you ever been driving and using your iPhone as your GPS system? Seems like it’s missing something…maybe voice out loud turn by turn directions? Ya I wondered where they were to, you know those jerk off’s over at Apple just left it out for us to bitch about. Well here we go the new xGPS 1.2 rumored to be out by the end of the month fills this HUGE gap. NO I’m not a beta tester, but I know a few of them and they say it’s legit. I man damn real voice out loud turn by turn directions who could ask for more. This one has been a long time in coming and I can’t wait. Oh ya did I mention that this app is freaking FREE, I mean it can’t get any better. xGPS has always been my default GPS app I have used just for the sole feature that it lets you download regions of map’s to be used in case you lose your data connection. With the 1.2 release a bunch of bugs have been fixed but I’m not going to waste time listing them all I really care about and all you probably care about is that we’re finally getting a nice voice out loud turn by turn nav system for our iPHones. xGPS is available on the modmyi repo via Cydia, just put apt.modmyi.com into your Cydia sources if you don’t already have it.
